  • Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India have authorised Cost Accountants in practice to act as Certifying Filing Centres on their behalf for the purpose of certification of various type of e-forms and their filing with Registrar of Companies periodically as per the provisions of Indian Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Firms.
